Nefertara Clark Esq. is one of the brightest and most successful young lawyers in the Southeast. Her sparkling reputation is based upon her encyclopedic knowledge of the law and her distinctive ability to connect with her clients.

Attorney Clark cut her teeth as a Public Defender for Fulton County. During her time in the office, she handled well over 1,000 cases and showed herself to be particularly adept at handling the most serious felony cases, including bond motions, probation revocations, motions to suppress, immunity motions and jury trials. In matters of criminal law, she investigates cases, looks for sentencing alternatives, conducts extensive research, participates in motions practice, negotiates with prosecutors and has the skills to proceed to trial and balance the scales of justice for her clients.

Attorney Clark earned a reputation as a resolute defender of the accused. Her exceptional record includes not guilty verdicts in both rape and murder trials along with a multitude of mistrials and dismissals. Moreover, her masterful negotiation skills often resulted in reduced charges and deviations from mandatory minimum sentences for an overwhelming number of her clients.

The outstanding results that Attorney Clark has achieved for her clients have resulted in a myriad of affiliations and accolades. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, The National Bar Association, Atlanta Bar Association, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Inns of Court and Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. Nefertara even finds time to serve others as a deacon at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, second vice president of her local alumni chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., executive director for the Legal Defense Coalition for the Preservation of Public HBCUs, a life member of the NAACP and a member of Iota Phi Lambda Business Sorority. In addition to her courtroom success, Attorney Clark is a published author.
